Ordering Process
The simplest way to start the process is to place your order online through our website.
If you are buying a ring then please don’t worry about sizing yet as we’ll send a ring sizer along with your ashes collection pack.
Once we receive the ashes of your loved one, we'll let you know. Then we'll begin the process of creating your jewellery.
Silver pieces take 2-3 weeks. Gold pieces 6 weeks as each piece has to be individually hallmarked.
