Ordering Process

The simplest way to start the process is to place your order online through our website.

If you are buying a ring then please don’t worry about sizing yet as we’ll send a ring sizer along with your Ashes Collection Pack.

The Ashes Collection Pack contains:

  • Order Confirmation Form – where you can confirm the details of your order, including ring size, colour(s) and engraving message.
  • Small wooden spoon
  • Plastic zip bag with label and velvet pouch
  • Ring sizer
  • Prepaid Special Delivery Return Envelope

Once we receive your ashes we’ll send you an email confirming safe receipt and start creating your jewellery.

We’ll keep you up to date with the progress via email and once your jewellery is ready we’ll post it to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required.

Silver pieces take 2-3 weeks. Gold pieces 6 weeks, as these have to be individually hallmarked.

For your peace of mind your jewellery will be posted to you in an unbranded postal bag. Inside the bag will be a presentation box keeping your jewellery safe and a Certificate of Authenticity along with any unused ashes.

If you live within the Greater Manchester area and are unsure about your ring size you can arrange for us to visit. We’ll measure your ring size and collect the ashes of your loved one.
